March 11-19 Spring Show Headlines

The Spring Show is the NPAFSC performing highlight of the year where there are many components to making a great show.  This web page should be used by parents and skaters to help keep track of all the show activities

Saturday (3-11): Sibling skate practice 7:30-8:40am

Sunday (3-12): Off ice practice at Falcon Ridge Elementary School 4-8 pm. Drop your skater off at the main doors at 3:45pm, so your skater is ready to practice 3:45 pm. Send bag lunch for dinner and plan to pick up at 8pm.

Monday (3-13): Show practice from 5:30-7:30pm. Plan to be at rink with skates on ready to skate at 5:20pm. The girls will practice second opening from 5:30-6:30pm and closing from 6:30-7:30 pm.

Tuesday (3-14): Show practice from 5:00-7:00 pm .

Special instructions please read below!

• 1st opening number will practice from 5-6 pm

• Sibling run thru 6-6:30 pm

• High School number 6:30-7:30 pm

We will hang the curtain starting at 5:00 pm on Tuesday where many hands make light work.  All volunteers welcome !!!

Wednesday (3-15): Full run thru 6:20-7:50 pm.

Please dress in small group (Solo, Duet, Trio, Quartet) costumes and  be ready for pictures by 6pm.  Andrea Burkhardsmeier will be taking a picture of your skater that evening for front of the house show picture.  The pictures will be displayed so you may want to do your hair as well.

Thursday (3-16): Full dress rehearsal 5:00-8:30 pm.  Be at the rink, with skates on and ready to skate by 4:50 pm. Use locker rooms 3 & 4.  Please have your child pack dinner/snacks.

This is a full dress rehearsal-- makeup, hair and costumes!!!!!!!

• 5:00-5:30 Large group practice

• 5:30-6:00 LTS practice

• 6:15-8:30 Full dress rehearsal

Friday (3-17): Decorating 7:00pm.  Please please please join us for decorating. We need many volunteers to hang rope lights around the rink, set up rink decorations, hang the black curtains and so on. It can take hours if we don’t have help! 

Saturday (3-18): NEW! Starting at 10:00 am this year the skaters will be following a photo schedule for pictures. We will begin with Middle School skaters because a few of them are also participating in the Middle School Spring play that day. Be at the RINK ON TIME for your picture time slot--dressed, makeup and hair must be done! Please consider bringing a bag lunch because only a few snacks will be provided. On ice practice will begin at 2:00 pm.
